I, the undersigned applicant, is at least 18 years of age and therefore of legal age in the state which this agreement has been executed by me. I understand that this agreement is not binding until receipt and acceptance by I Got My 3 “Discounted Membership Products and Services” at its home office in Martinsville, Va. I agree that my relationship with I Got My 3 “Discounted Membership Products and Services” is as a member of their Network Marketing Organization. I understand that I am an independent contractor and I alone determine the extent of hours that I work. I’m not an agent, legal representative, or employee of I Got My 3 “Discounted Membership Products and Services” in any way what so ever. I am responsible for the payments of all federal and state self-employment taxes, and any other tax required under any federal, state, or regulatory or taxing agency. As a resident within the United States, I will be responsible for applicable sales tax with each Member that I personally sell memberships to.

I hereby understand, acknowledge, and agree to fully waive the 3 days (Business Days) Right to cancellation policy as required by law.

Method of payments = cashiers check, Money orders, credit cards accepted through paypal.

I agree to abide by and act in accordance with I Got My 3 “Discounted Membership Products and Services” Policies and Procedures, which are incorporated into and made a part of this agreement, together with all changes thereto. I Got My 3 “Discounted Membership Products and Services” may provide Policies and Procedures, and Rules and Regulations for Service and Charges. Such Policies and Procedures, Rules and Regulations, and Compensation Plan modifications, and Services and charges, and all changes thereto, shall upon notice to our members, become a binding part of this Agreement. Publication Of such changes will be made available to our members and also shall be deemed notice to all our members. I agree that all expenses incurred arising out of the performance of This Agreement will be solely “MY” responsibility.

I agree that I will not divulge the business secrets of I Got My 3 “Discounted Membership Products and Services”, or any other I Got My 3 “Discounted Membership Products and Services” related entity, to third persons in whole, or in Part nor shall I utilize such business secrets for any business or commercial purposes alone of in conjunction with others. As used in the Agreement, the term (business secrets) shall include, but are not limited to, the following: the name and addresses of I Got My 3 “Discounted Membership Products and Services” and its members. All the lists associated therewith; the present and future planned products, services, and pricing of I Got My 3 “Discounted Membership Products and Services”; the present and future organizational, compensation and sales programs of this Company; and financial information and data concerning officers, management trainees, members, employees, and shareholders of this Company.

I understand as an I Got My 3 “Discounted Membership Products and Services” member this agreement is only valid for six months. If I choose to stay active with I Got My 3 “Discounted Membership Products and Services” in the future, I must renew my certification each and every six months I choose to stay active. I also understand if I choose not to renew my certification I will no longer be eligible to receive future commissions or any residuals after the initial six month has expired.

I understand that this Agreement is transferable only after my death, and that I can choose any person to become my beneficial for the fee of $25.00 ((USD). My beneficiary will continue to receive any and all commissions for the duration of the six months membership. My beneficiary can also renew the membership and continue to receive commissions (once eligible) for each six months membership is renewed. Any wrongful misrepresentation of information on our members’ application, or Our Release Form will terminate this agreement immediately, and you will forfeit your commissions and residuals immediately.
I understand that when I am eligible for Commission from I Got My 3 “Discounted Membership Products and Services” as described in I Got My 3 “Discounted Membership Products and Services”” Compensation Plan and it may be changed upon written notice from I Got My 3 “Discounted Membership Products and Services” at any time.

This agreement is governed under the laws of the State of Virginia and will be so governed without regard to any conflict of laws principles to the contrary. The parties agree that any claim, dispute or other differences between our members and I Got My 3 “Discounted Membership Products and Services” shall be resolved by binding arbitration pursuant to the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association with arbitration to occur at Richmond, Va.

This agreement, including I Got My 3 “Discounted Membership Products and Services” Policies, and Procedures incorporated herein by reference, constitute the entire agreement between the parties hereto and no other additional promises, representations, guarantees, or agreements of any kind shall be valid unless in writing and signed by an authorized officer of I Got My 3 “Discounted Membership Products and Services”.

I Got My 3 “Discounted Membership Products and Services” may terminate this Agreement pursuant to its policies and procedures or in the event I breach any part of this Agreement.

I represent and affirm to I Got My 3 “Discounted Membership Products and Services” I have not received any representation or statement from I Got My 3 “Discounted Membership Products and Services” or any other persons, upon which I have relied in entering into this Agreement, to affect; that the business may, can, or will generate income, or be profitable; that any investment in training, or sales aids or otherwise or any portion thereof may be earned back through the operation of the position; that any present market exists for I Got My 3 “Discounted Membership Products and Services” WILL REFUND any monies to make up any financial losses that may occur.
